WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Full Time Stylist who is eager for lash experience and enjoys working with people. We have a Memphis and an Olive Branch location and are looking for stylists interested in our Olive Branch location. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license (VARIES BY STATE)
Customer service focused; loves on your clients
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
Ability to work weekends and evenings
