- Position summary:
- This position will be responsible for revenue recognition that is compliant with all
applicable regulatory agencies and optimizing the health centers revenue realization.
Integrity.This position will have primary responsibility for the maintenance of the hospitalsChargemaster. The role will handle review of new clinical product lines by performing firsthand analysisincluding being able to draw conclusions and make recommendations from the analysisincluding pricing and payer acceptance. The manager will also be responsible for insurance payer plan maintenance.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in finance business management or related field required. RHIT/RHIA
preferred. Work experience will also be taken into consideration.
Required length and type of experience:- 5 years related experience in a hospital or Health System setting.
- 2 years previous supervisor experience. Professional appearance with a confident
demeanor allowing the incumbent to comfortably interact with all levels of management. - In depth knowledge of CPT ICD10 and HCPCs
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills including presentation skills.
- In depth understanding of technical billing and revenue recognition good working
knowledge of professional billing. - Demonstrated record of identifying and achieving revenue realization improvements.
- Excel Word and PowerPoint skills required.
