Rutgers The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Assistant for the Center for Adult Autism Services Intensive Outpatient Clinic ( IOC ). Among the key duties of this position are the following: Implements a variety of behavior analytic strategies in support of successful outcomes for adults with autism across the areas of problem behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals throughout center-based and community-based environments. Provides direct care to adults with autism in a variety of settings and contexts. Collects interprets and analyzes behavioral data under the supervision of a BCBA . Some college experience. Experience working in settings supporting adults with autism. Prior experience/certification in crisis management. Prior experience using web-based data collection/analysis software. Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite.
