Employed position with $325k base salary bonus structure with no bonus cap

Strong support! 2 techs per Doctor with additional tech support for testing office has a call center and surgical center coordinator.
Partnership in the surgery center is available after 1 month of being employed.

Job Description:

We are in need of a Full-time/Part-time Glaucoma Specialist Ophthalmologist to work in New Jersey. Be busy from day 1! This practice is busy both medically and surgically. MDs see 40-50 patients a day and the practice is associated with 2 hospitals and 3 surgery centers. Volumes for cataracts and glaucoma range from 400-600 patients a year.
