Credit Verification Representative

We invite you to join our Talent Community of Credit Analysts. Our client has an ongoing need for them at their Garden Grove location.

The position is often a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. Youll be responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information pertaining to loans in support of the mortgage underwriting process. This includes verifying and updating credit data as requested by clients. Youll provide key operational support to our Production Team by managing the credit report supplement process

Were looking for someone passionate about:

• Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution via phone and email
• Responding to inbound consumer and client inquiries and complaints
• Performing administrative tasks like correspondence data entry and internet research
• Analyzing credit files to identify missing or changed data
• Supporting the team however needed to deliver quality services

The ideal candidate will have:

• Background in credit reporting loan servicing mortgage banking and/or call centers
• 1 year of mortgage industry and/or credit experience
• Good PC and typing skills (25 wpm)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of customer satisfaction
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00.

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Location: Garden Grove CA 92843
