工作使命
EUV 客戶服務CS技術員負責在客戶現場執行 EUV 量產機的維修故障排除升級與例行保養PM確保系統可用率良率與安全合規並提供即時的狀態回報與知識傳遞
工作說明
CS 組織於客戶現場執行 ASML 系統的驗證維修硬體更換及安裝並確保必要知識轉移
在指示範圍內工作能處理常見例外並於類似情境做出合宜判斷
與資深工程師/ 主管確認優先順序與計畫於有限監督下完成程序並檢查結果
參與回饋流程與持續改進活動CI
