The Program Coordinator provides leadership coordination and oversight for a specialty clinical program. This role ensures high-quality patient care regulatory compliance and program growth through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams physicians and external partners. Responsibilities include program development data management education and continuous performance improvement.
Position Details:
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Licensure: Current RN license in state of practice; must meet all state board requirements.
Experience:
o Minimum 35 years acute care experience in relevant specialty.
o Experience in program development quality improvement and patient/staff education.
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; specialty certifications desirable.
