JOB TITLE: Production Field Technician
DEPARTMENT: Production
REPORTS TO: Production Crew Chief
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Field Technician assists in the installation of foundation repair solutions and supports the production team in completing projects safely efficiently and to quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist in the installation of foundation repair systems and related products.
- Operate tools machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from the Crew Chief and adhere to all company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
- Support the production team with general labor and task completion as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in construction general labor or related fields preferred.
- Willingness to learn foundation repair techniques and company-specific processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a crew.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Regularly required to stand walk and use hands to handle tools materials and equipment.
- Frequently required to speak and listen.
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or carry up to 120 pounds and occasionally push or pull up to 175 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

This position is not performed in a climate-controlled environment. Employees will be exposed to high heat during the summer and cold conditions during the winter. Employees are expected to stay hydrated during periods of high heat and take necessary measures to protect themselves from cold weather when required.
