Deputy Nursery Manager Supernumerary Position Up to 38000 Small class sizes and newly refurbished rooms shape the day-to-day experience at this Good Ofsted-rated nursery. We are looking for a strong Deputy Nursery Manager to join our clients management team helping to continue the fantastic work already underway. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a deputy role and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Before You Apply

Recent experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager in a nursery setting is required. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential. You must be confident leading a team and overseeing safeguarding and compliance.

What Youll Need

Support the Nursery Manager with overall day-to-day operations Monitor practice across rooms to ensure EYFS and safeguarding compliance Lead on quality of planning observations and assessments Supervise and guide staff performance and development Maintain strong communication with parents and professionals Step into operational leadership in the Managers absence
