IT Operations Technician

Were looking for an IT Specialist with strong Microsoft 365 expertise who wants to make a real impact on how our employees collaborate communicate and work across the world. Responsibilities:

  • Provide general IT support to address hardware software and network issues for internal usersincluding on/offboarding.

  • Provide service and support to internal users by troubleshooting finding solutions and answering technical questions related to Microsoft 365 apps.

  • Offer user support and training to ensure effectiveutilizationof Microsoft 365 solutions.

  • Administer and troubleshoot the Microsoft 365 environment including Azure AD IntuneAutopilotWindows Defender Teams OneDrive & SharePoint and Office.

  • Manage licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

Who You Are:

We are seeking a colleague with IT knowledge who is passionate aboutoptimizingthe userexperience with Microsoft 365 solutions. You shouldpossessexcellent social skills good analytical capabilities and the ability to visualize and document solutions effectively.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge within Microsoft 365 including experience with Exchange Online Teams SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

  • Knowledge ofPowershellisneeded to be able to administer our environments.

  • Knowledgein Azure Active Directory(Microsoft Entra ID)and understanding of the M365 license model.

  • Knowledge within the Apple ecosystem.

  • Experience in driving user adoption within Microsoft 365.

  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.German and French is a plus.
