Responsibilities / Tasks
- Technological supervision over production process
- Implementation of new and optimization of existing technological processes in order to increase efficiency and productivity
- Supervision of technological documentation
- Close cooperation with other departments including quality control department tooling department and purchasing department
- Support in preparing quotations for new products
- Collaborating with GEAs technology and design departments to streamline the process of designing new products for optimal and efficient manufacturing
- Selection of tools for manufactured parts
- Writing generating CNC programs for new products modifying CNC programs for existing products in order to adapt the NC code to the needs of the machine park
- Ensuring availability of NC programs for numerical control machines
- Managing of ERP software in the area of technological modules (Routings and BOMs)
- Developing workstation instructions in the manufacturing area
- Designing and supervising the manufacturing of fixtures necessary for the implementation of production
- Solving technological problems during current production
