Job Description & Summary

At PwC our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits administration absence management employee record-keeping compliance with labour laws and regulations and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

PwC opened a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that delivers high quality technology solutions to consulting Clients across the
globe. The Centre provides a broad suite of skills and services to our clients ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP & Oracle to
Cybersecurity Data Analytics Custom Development and Cloud services utilising AWS Azure and Google as well as expanding our existing
Managed Services capabilities.
The centre is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters with a passion for technology and client delivery
to help shape and form this new venture.

Job Summary:

What does this role aim to achieve in the firm/what impact does the role create

Supports clients across the full human capital transformation agenda from redesigning HC operating models and deploying AI-powered HC technologies to building talent pipelines and embedding learning & development cultures that drive strategic outcomes across employee life cycle.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of advisors delivering high-impact projects across various sector clients across middle east countries. This role is well suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment brings genuine HC subject matter expertise and is motivated by helping organizations build future-ready people functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily tasks and delivery expectation

Client Delivery Support & Collaboration

Prepare and present client-ready deliverables end-to-end including research planning rollout diagnostic reports strategic frameworks implementation roadmaps and executive presentations. Manage discrete workstreams within large-scale client engagements ensuring quality timeliness and adherence to firm methodologies and risk management requirements.

Contribute to internal knowledge management by developing thought assets and reusable toolkits.

HC Transformation & Process Re-Engineering

Apply process re-engineering methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to map assess and redesign HC processes to eliminate waste reduce cycle times and improve employee experience. Contribute to HC Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across HR functions establishing governance mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.

Analytics & Reporting

Supporting Human Capital reporting including engagement metrics recognition usage turnover performance trends Human Capital dashboards and KPIs. Work cross-functionally to gather data identify insights and influence decisionmaking. Ensure high-quality accurate and timely reporting for clients senior leadership and governance committees.

Talent Development

Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) and learning gap assessments using a range of methodologies (surveys focus groups performance data analysis 360 feedback review) to prioritize capability investments. Develop L&D annual learning plans including selection of modalities (e-learning blended coaching mentoring action learning sets) and measurement frameworks (Kirkpatrick ROI methodology). Support in designing and implementing performance management competency frameworks; occupational behavioral and leadership aligned to organizational strategy and national agenda workforce requirements across countries.

Talent Acquisition

Optimize talent acquisition frameworks and operating models for client organizations including employer branding sourcing channel strategy and candidate experience design. Develop structured recruitment processes from job description development through to competency-based interview frameworks assessment center design and offer management protocols.

Expected Skills:

Specific learned abilities or technical skills

  • Strong understanding of HC transformation employee life cycle process optimization and HR service delivery models.
  • Knowledge of talent assessment tools methodologies and competency frameworks.
  • Solid skills in preparing HR dashboards tracking key metrics and interpreting data.
  • Strong understanding of performance management processes and talent development concepts.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare dashboards reports and insights.
  • Understanding of Middle East Labor Laws and HR compliance considerations.
  • Strong documentation management coordination processnavigation skills and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Required Language Skills:

Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in HR related field business management / administration or equivalent
  • HR related Certifications in relevant fields would be advantageous

Years ofExperience:

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in HC operations talent development talent acquisition or HRBP support roles.
  • Experience supporting GCC countries is strongly preferred.
