OVERVIEW
Tourneau is seeking an Operations Director to join our New York City Flagship team. The Operations Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations ensuring that the store functions at peak efficiency and in alignment with company policies and procedures as well as developing and leading the operations strategy. As a store leader you will be expected to be proficient in all aspects of the business and will partner with management sales and support team to optimize operations across the store understanding that a sound operation is imperative in providing an outstanding client experience. This includes but is not limited to promptly processing all payments overseeing allinventory and cash office processes maintaining accurate records managing product flow store upkeep and policy enforcement as well as daily sales reporting.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in managing operations within a luxury retail environment.
- Must have a polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
- A team player
- Experience in accounting or finance are a plus.
- Proven success in a fast paced retail environment.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and detail oriented.
- A bachelors degree is preferred.
