Contribute to operational improvements making client and campaign delivery more effective.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Ensure the smooth trafficking of campaigns and tasks across account and campaign management teams.
Oversee budget tracking financial planning and reporting ensuring accuracy and alignment with clientobjectives.
Manage influencer contracts and overseetimelyandaccuratepayments for influencer fees.
Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across campaign management.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging best practicesleveraginginsights to enhance client performance and agencyexpertise.
Team Collaboration & Support
Act asa strong teamplayer working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Support and guide the team in managing workloadsoptimizingworkflows and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
Foster a positive solutions-oriented work environment that encourages efficiency creativity and accountability.
Partner with different departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective delivery of campaigns.
This role is suited for a strategic results-driven leader with a strong ability to manage client relationships oversee campaign operations and drive business growth while also contributing to a supportive and high-performing team environment. Preferable with Digital experience especially in Influencer Marketing and/or PR experience
