The Role

Draft and prosecute patent applications in cutting-edge electrical engineering technologies

Advise clients on patent strategy and portfolio development

Handle prosecution matters involving 5G Wi-Fi and other wireless technologies

Support matters involving artificial intelligence (AI) processor and memory systems image processing and RF front-end technologies

Collaborate with clients ranging from emerging companies to global technology leaders

Ideal Background

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Bachelors or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related field)

29 yrs exp in patent prosecution

Experience prosecuting patents in wireless technologies AI processor/memory systems image processing or RF technologies

USPTO registration required

Strong analytical drafting and communication skills

Top academic credentials

Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
