Specialist Property Finance Broker Bridging & Development

Are you an experienced Bridging or Development Finance Broker ready to plug into strong deal flow and a loyal investor client base

This is an opportunity to join an established growth-focused brokerage with a long standing track record high-quality enquiries and great earning potential.

Youll be structuring specialist property deals across bridging and development finance working with serious investors and developers in time-sensitive complex scenarios.

Experience required:

CeMAP (or equivalent) CAS
Minimum 2 years bridging and/or development finance experience
Strong exposure to property investor cases
Commercially sharp with excellent structuring skills
Confident handling complex time-critical transactions
Ambitious and motivated to build long-term income
Commercial mortgage experience beneficial (not essential)

Up to 35k Basic Tiered Commission and Additional Bonuses 100k OTE
