Hilton Vienna Cluster is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Cluster Sales Manager Transient (m/f/d) to join our Sales this role you will be responsible for driving revenue across the Individual Business Travel (IBT) Consortia SME Government and Corporate travel segments for our Hilton hotels in Vienna.

This position focuses on expanding market share strengthening global partnerships and leveraging data-driven sales strategies to maximize transient performance and revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

Transient & Consortia Business Development

You will manage all commercial activities related to Individual Business Travel (IBT) and Consortia programs globally ensuring strong competitive positioning for the Hilton Vienna Cluster. This includes leading the annual RFP cycle with consortia and corporate partners including rate loading compliance and visibility.

Corporate & SME Account Management

You will take ownership of SME and corporate accounts developing long-term partnerships and generating additional transient and MICE business from negotiated corporate accounts. You will also manage the annual WWW (WishWantWalk) RFP preparation ensuring strong segmentation data analysis and strategic recommendations for optimized submissions.

Government & Diplomatic Relations

The role includes building and maintaining relationships with government institutions embassies high commissions and international delegations positioning Hilton Vienna as the preferred accommodation partner for official visits and diplomatic travel.

Market Development & Networking

You will actively represent Hilton Vienna at networking events sales missions and international tradeshows strengthening the brand presence and generating new business opportunities. Regular client visits and proactive sales calls will be essential to nurture relationships and expand the transient client base.

Commercial Reporting & Market Analysis

You will prepare and present Business Focus Meetings (BFM) and Commercial Focus Meetings (CFM) with data-driven insights and commercial recommendations. Monitoring market trends competitor strategies and demand patterns will support agile decision-making and revenue optimization.

Data-Driven Sales Strategy

Using Agency360 and other Hilton commercial platforms you will analyse account performance identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive market share growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will collaborate closely with Revenue Management Marketing Operations and the wider Commercial team to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless delivery of client expectations while supporting cluster-level commercial initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Besides your passion for the hotel industry and strong team spirit you bring the following:

  • Degree in tourism hospitality management or related field
  • Several years of experience in hotel sales ideally within Transient IBT or Corporate segments
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to recognize market trends
  • Goal-oriented working style with strong self-organization and time management
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Professional and confident appearance when interacting with clients and partners
  • High level of customer orientation and service mindset
  • Strong self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • EU work permit eligibility
  • Ability to represent Hilton in local and international events and forums
