Your mission
As a Senior Designer at Sunst you combine strong graphic design craft with the ability to build clear and scalable visual systems for immersive brand translate brand positioning into contemporary visual languages that operate across identities activations environments and communication.
You think in systems rather than assets structuring complexity and turning ideas into design frameworks that remain coherent across formats media and spatial contexts. Strong fundamentals in typography composition and layout are essential. But this role goes beyond craft.
You understand how brands operate within culture and how visual languages evolve to stay relevant.
Working closely with Creative Direction and Spatial Design you help shape visual worlds and translate them into systems that hold together across every touchpoint of an experience.
Even in fast-moving projects you maintain clarity aesthetic precision and structural control.
This role requires both design instinct and system thinking shaping visual languages while building the frameworks that allow them to scale.
Scope of Responsibility
Visual System & Brand Translation
- Develop distinctive visual languages with strong stylistic clarity
- Translate brand strategy into coherent ecosystems across campaign spatial and experiential formats
- Define typography color logic graphic behavior and visual hierarchies
- Ensure visual consistency across physical and digital touchpoints
Structure & System Logic
- Build scalable design systems that can be implemented across formats
- Structure complexity into clear implementable frameworks
- Create guidelines that provide clarity without limiting creative flexibility
- Make strong design decisions quickly and confidently
Design Execution & Momentum
- Lead visual direction within cross-disciplinary teams
- Guide mid-level and junior designers with clarity and structure
- Elevate visual standards across projects
- Contribute actively to critiques and creative reviews
Execution Oversight
- Develop high-level presentations and client-facing decks
- Oversee artwork development and production alignment
- Ensure quality control during fabrication and installation
- Safeguard visual integrity from concept to realization
Your profile
Who You Are
- 6 years experience in brand visual systems or experiential design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial environments similar to the work we do at Sunst (retail exhibitions installations or brand environments)
- Clear stylistic point of view and contemporary design sensibility
- Methodical structured and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Confident making decisions under pressure
- Experienced working across campaign culture and spatial applications
- Strong communicator in interdisciplinary teams
