Für unserinternationalesTeam suchen wir eine/nengagierte/nTransportPlanner-SupervisorPerspective(m/w/d).In dieser zunächst für ein Jahr befristeten Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der operativen Transportabwicklung (Straße- Luft & See) und stellen gemeinsam mit dem Team einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
Ihr Schwerpunkt liegtauf der fachlichen Transportexpertise und aktiven Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft. Zudem haben Sie die Möglichkeit Einblicke in Führungsaufgaben zu gewinnen anzuwenden und in der Teamkoordination & Tagessteuerung zu unterstützen.Sie berichten direkt an den Distribution Service Manager
Ihre Aufgaben
Operative Abwicklung und Steuerung von Transporten im BereichFTL LTL undGroupage
Tägliche Mitarbeit im zentralen Transportgeschäft: Ticketbearbeitung Reklamationen Preisprüfungen Planung
Sicherstellung von OTIF Lead Times Datenqualität sowie transportbezogenen KPIsinkl. Benchmarking und Optimierungspotenzialen
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Carrier und Transportprozesse sowie TMS-/ERPProjekten
Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (Einkauf Customer Service WarehouseRegulatory)
Unterstützung bei zollrelevanten Fragestellungen sowie ggfs. Gefahrgut-Themen
Erstellung von Guidelines WorkInstructionsund Unterstützung bei Trainings
Optional: Stellvertretung des Supervisors im Tagesgeschäft (Teamkoordination Ansprechpartnerfunktion)
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung undmehrjährigeBerufserfahrung im BereichSpedition/Transport/Logistikoder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der operativen europaweiten Transportsteuerung (insbesondere FTL LTLGroupage) inklusive Carrier Management
StrukturierteKPIbasierteund eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeit.
Kommunikationsstärke Teamfähigkeit und Freude an operativerArbeit; erste Führungserfahrungvon Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office SAP-Kenntnisse erforderlich (SAP-TM& ECCvon Vorteil)und Transport Management-Systemkenntnisse von Vorteil
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
