岗位要求
按照需要执行某个产品线的任意工位的装配任务包括装配测试诊断返工维修生产线上的产品
具有卓越的安全意识严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险积极提交持续改进建议
执行装配任务按照作业指导书和装配图纸的要求进行产品零部件的装配工作确保装配质量符合标准严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定避免质量缺陷的发生严格按照计划实施生产努力提高工作效率
设备和工具使用正确使用装配工具和设备定期进行维护和保养如发现设备故障及时报告质量检查对自己装配的产品进行自检及时发现并纠正装配过程中的质量问题如零件安装错误装配间隙不符合要求等积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施避免类似问题再次发生
现场整理保持工作区域的整洁及时清理废料和垃圾将工具和零部件摆放整齐按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作
要求
正直良好的沟通能力强烈的责任心和团队精神
机械专业能读懂机械图纸 了解一般的技术要求 如公差配合等
具备良好的安全和质量意识 严格按规定和流程操作
具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念
具备简单日常英语阅读能力 了解简单的英语装配术语
具备简单的计算机操作能力
具备至少半年的装配经验
