WhatYoullDo

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Plan and deliver implementation projects by defining scope timelines milestones and deliverables adjusting plans asneedsevolve.

Manage project execution end to end including tasks resources schedules documentation and risk mitigation.

Communicate project progress clearly and consistentlytocustomers and internal teams ensuring alignment and transparency.

Contribute tocontinuous improvement by partnering with other project managers to enhance tools processes and methodologies.

WhatYoullBring

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.

35 years of experience managing customer-facing projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong ability to manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.

Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.

Clear confident communicator who collaborates effectively with technical and operational teams at all levels.

Nice to Have

Project management certification (e.g. PMP).

Experience working in fintech SaaS or a regulated industry.

Exposure toprocess improvement or non-standard implementation work.

This position can be located in St. Johns or Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (3 days a week in office) providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
