Key Responsibilities:

Assistin the delivery and deployment of transformative digital engineering/manufacturingprojects.
Act as a liaison between product owners stakeholders and technical teams to gather analyze and document business requirements.
Translatingbusiness needs into functional specifications andensuringalignment with projectobjectives.
Conduct detailed process analysis workflow mapping and gap analysis toidentifyopportunities for improvement.
Develop andmaintaincomprehensive documentation including business cases user stories use cases and process flows.
Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Perform data analysis to support business decisions and projectobjectives.
Support all product owners in defining project scopeobjectives and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst preferably within digital engineering or IoT environments.
Experience with Project Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Proven experience ingatheringrequirements process mapping and stakeholder management.
Experience in business process modeling data analysis and documentation best practices.
Ability tofacilitateworkshops conduct interviews and lead meetings with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting solution validation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience withIIoTsystems manufacturing IT integration and project delivery.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to create wireframes or mockups to gather user feedback is nice to have
Familiarity or working experience with IIOT systems is nice to have
