The role designed for you:

In the role of Product Manager at Fedrigoni Special Papers you will be part of our Marketing team and you will play a key role in ensuring the correct management of our products portfolio to support the definition of the Fedrigoni Special Paper product marketing roadmap. Doing so you will directly report to the Head of Product Marketing Fedrigoni Special Papers and you will co-operate with our R&D Department and work closely with the Go-to-Market and Trade Marketing particular:

Product Portfolio Management: Support the product roadmap definition while monitoring closely the product life cycle of our active portfolio using KPIs and adjust trajectories when needed.
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competition assess manufacturing capabilities regulation landscape and capture market trends/customer insights to populate the innovation funnel.
Product development: Partner with key cross-functional teams (R&D Supply-Chain Sales) through the stage-gating process of new product introduction
Value Proposition Definition: Elaborate together with the Go-to-Market team the value proposition and strengthen the Reason to Believe of our product portfolio
Product Review Support: Build a comprehensive product performances dashboard in collaboration with the Finance team

The attitudes and skills were looking for:

You have a bachelor or masters degree in Economics Business Administration Marketing or Masters Degree in Chemistry Material Engineers
You have at least 5 years experience in Product Marketing roles
You have experience in the paper industry
You can effectively communicate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies process improvements and operational decisions
You have a Strive for excellence approach with a concrete mindset
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are strongly results-oriented
You are fluent in Italian and English
