Join the AAA Parking team as a Front Drive Supervisor! We are seeking enthusiastic Front Drive Supervisors to provide aggressive hospitality to hotel guests.

Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of valet services at the front entrance of the hotel. This position ensures guests and visitors are greeted with professionalism and efficiency while maintaining high standards for safety courtesy and service excellence. The supervisor leads a team of valet attendants manages traffic flow enforces company policies and acts as the primary liaison between valet staff management and the client.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience exceptional communication skills and enjoys working outdoors. We are looking for positive upbeat individuals who can deliver Aggressive Hospitality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds and provide professional fast fun and friendly service
• Park and retrieving vehicles
• Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with all guests hotel staff and co-workers
• Practice AAA Basics
• Immediately secure all keys
• Willing to adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
• Ensuring all guests have a memorable and positive experience when valet parking.
• Run fast to retrieve cars
• Drive slowly when presenting cars
• Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and frequently exposed to care exhaust fumes

Qualifications

• Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and procedural manuals.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization.
• Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to act independently and make accurate decisions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in an environment that is not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot cold wet humid or windy weather conditions for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift push pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation and exhibit full range of motion including standing bending stooping kneeling reaching twisting lifting pushing pulling climbing balancing and crouching
• Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift.
• Ability to operate a standard and automatic transmission if required
• Fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making and continuous guest interaction.
• Requires flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
