Job Summary

Negotiate analyze interpret and prepare oil and gas leases joint operating agreements participation agreements farmin/farmout agreements purchase and sale agreements pooling agreements and other associated agreements. Examine and cure drilling and division order title opinion requirements. Calculate working and net revenue interests including the ability to determine a complete division of interest for all parties in a well or unit. Supervise a team of lease brokers in an active drilling area and manage project expenditures. Must be team oriented and have the ability to work with other in-house landmen and land support personnel as well as company geologists and engineers on multiple projects in a results and performance driven environment.


Bachelors degree and 5-10 years of experience as a Landman with responsibilities as described. Excellent interpersonal skills oral and written communications skills multitasking and follow-up skills a must. Good driving record required.

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
