What are we looking for:

As theSalesforceAlliance ManageratLeapwork you will play a pivotal role in drivingLeapworksgrowth and market expansion withinSalesforce.

Your primary responsibility will be to build andmaintainstrong relationships withinSalesforce driving joint business development initiatives driving incremental revenue opportunitiesand ensuring their success in promoting and deliveringLeapworkssolution toSalesforcecustomers worldwide. Therefore it is crucial that you bring your extensive account planning experience into play while working closely with colleagues in your team and the GTM organization.

Maintaining a collaborative attitude towards your team while striving to reach personal targets is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifyand prioritize growth opportunities acrossSalesforces ecosystem(AgentForceAISales Cloud Commerce Cloud Tableauetc) by analyzing market trends customer demand and partner capabilities.
  • Lead the qualification and development of joint business cases withSalesforceand key partner stakeholders ensuringclear ROI aligned value propositions and measurable success criteria.
  • Identify recruit and onboardnew strategicpartners within theSalesforceecosystem to expandLeapworksreach and coverage across priority regions and verticals.
  • Design and executejoint go-to-market programs withSalesforcefield and industry teamsleveragingSalesforceco-sell incentives and marketplace programs to expand reach and pipeline.
  • Build and manage aprofitable scalable and predictableSalesforcepartnershipby driving alignment across sales marketing product and customer success.
  • Influence internal sales and GTM teams (Product Marketing Sales Leadership Field Demand Generation) to align on Salesforces partnership priorities campaigns and resource investments.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Extensive Alliance Sales / Development experience (8 years).
  • Proven ability todevelop manage and scale partner ecosystemsthat drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Minimum of 4 years leadingstrategic partnerships directly withSalesforce
  • The ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Ability to drive field engagement to produce meaningful pipeline development - both at partners and with field sales teams internally
  • Highly structured mindset and account planning skills
  • Ability to develop relationships and engage at all levels within partners (Sales to C-suite)
