Job Summary
Position: Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Technician Long Term Care
Location -Montour Falls NY
Shift: Evening Shift 5x8 Hours
Schedule: 37.5 Hours per Week
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Technician to support patient care in a Long Term Care unit. The candidate will assist nursing staff in providing quality care to residents while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with direct patient care activities under the supervision of nursing staff.
Support patients with daily living activities including mobility hygiene and comfort needs.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
Assist with CNA-related duties when required.
Maintain accurate documentation in the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) system.
Follow facility policies regarding patient safety infection control and quality care standards.
Schedule & Requirements
37.5 hours per week.
Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
Mandatory lunch break during each shift.
No Requested Time Off (RTO) permitted during the assignment.
