We are seeking a flexible and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve as a Regional Float supporting multiple clinic locations across the region. This limited-term full-time position (30 hours per week) is designed to provide coverage for staffing needs vacations and fluctuating patient volumes.
- Schedule: 30 hours per week
- Employment Type: Limited Term / Temporary Full-Time
- Coverage Area: Multiple clinic locations across the region
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing clinic assignments and schedules is required.
- Regional Float Pay Incentive in recognition of the flexibility required for this role.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between clinic locations.
- Drive time compensation in accordance with organizational policy.
This position is ideal for PTAs who enjoy variety in their work environment want to broaden their clinical experience across multiple teams and value flexibility in their daily work.
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree as a physical therapist assistant from an accredited college
- Current license as a physical therapist assistant in the State of Wisconsin
