JOB SUMMARY:
TDM Farms the hog production division ofHog Slat Incorporated is seeking full-time individuals to join the team in theLogansport INarea asLoad Out/ Vaccination Crew Members. Previous on-farm hog production experience is a plus but not necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business conditions change.
- Load semi-trucks with market hogs
- Vaccinate feeder pigs
- Ability to adherence to TDMs established bio-security protocol
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following experience/educational background:
- A strong commitment to the safe and humane treatment of animals using approved handling techniques is required
- Experience in safe animal handling practices
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to learn proper animal welfare practices
