| Responsibilities: | - Staff circulation/reserve desk. Assist students and faculty in locating library materials.
- Answer questions and provide assistance in person and by phone.
- Utilize circulation system for: check out/in; hold(s) and renew library materials.
- Document library patron count at scheduled times in log binder.
- Document patron questions in Gimlet.
- Maintain stacks: shelve books; shelf read shift materials as needed etc.
- Replenish paper in MFD printers and help patrons with various functions of MFD.
- Know how to use library catalog and generally be aware of content and services on law library web site.
- Refer reference/research questions to appropriate staff
- Retrieve books from Netter Library.
- Do special projects as assigned.

| Qualifications: | - Good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
- Law students preferred

| Hours of Position: | - Must be available for weeknight/weekend hours.
- Shifts Available as follows:
- Monday-Thursday (9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
- Friday (9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
- Saturday/Sunday (12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
- Hours of Position: 5 - 10hrs per week
