Info-System Project Manager (Vienna VA) Lead the development and implementation of project management templates to establish PMO for the USPTO streamlining processes and enhance project efficiency using Visio; Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize product backlogs and ensure on-time project delivery using Agile Product Backlog Management (Rally/Jira); Maintain high sprint completion rate in alignment with clients business goal; Implement data-driven reporting using Power BI to track key PMO KPIs including ROI budget variance; Gather and analyze clients feedback for product improvements and stronger relationships with product owners; Coordinate the migration of a legacy trademark filing system to a cloud-based platform using SQL AngularJS JavaScript Typescript SASS Advanced Excel; Extract and transform project data from internal DBMS for dashboard reporting; Analyze current versus future state processes and documenting workflows using Visio.
Must have a Masters Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or Information Systems plus skills and knowledge in Project Management Agile Product Backlog Management SQL KPIs Power BI and Advanced Excel. Allow telecommuting.
