This opportunity delivers care at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital location at 8075 N Shadeland Ave Suite 200 Indianapolis IN.
Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking an experienced board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established Cardiothoracic Surgery team.
Experience
- CT surgery APP experience or relevant surgical specialty experience is preferred but not required. EVH experience is strongly preferred. Clinical rounding and bedside procedural skills as an APP such as central lines chest tubes and arterial lines are highly preferred.
Licensure & Certification
- Board Certification required
- Indiana medical license will be required
Additional Information
- Must be flexible in schedule of hours worked based on the access needs of the patient population being served
