Heartland AEA supports57 public school districts 44 accredited nonpublic schools and 2 charter schoolsacross central full-time position working a 192-day contract would be based out of ourKnoxville officeserving students in the Knoxville and Pella school districts.
What Youll Do
Collaborate with educators families and multidisciplinary team members to support students communication needs.
Conduct speech-language assessments that are relevant to the presenting concern and meaningful within educational and home contexts.
Plan implement and monitor evidence-based interventions using a variety of service delivery models.
Support the generalization of communication skills across settings through collaboration and consultation.

What Were Looking For
Licensure:
- Appropriately licensed/certified by the Iowa Board of Educational Examinersthrough theIowa Board of Educational Examiners
Education:
Masters degree in speech pathology or communications disorders from a recognized training institution or qualified by a Statement of Professional Recognition
Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred
