Job Summary

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Travel Contract
Location: Falmouth MA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Shift:

Primarily Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Occasional Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Weekly Pay: $1827.50 $2080 (based on experience)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel contract in a long-term care setting in Falmouth MA. The LPN will provide direct patient care administer medications supervise nursing assistants and ensure accurate documentation while following facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Supervise and assist nursing assistants
Document patient care and physician orders
Assist with procedures such as wound care catheterization suctioning and tube feeding
Collect lab samples (urine blood sputum)
Record vital signs and maintain medical supplies
Educate residents and families on care plans

Requirements

Graduate of an approved LPN nursing program
Active Massachusetts LPN license
BLS / CPR certification required
Experience in long-term care preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
