Job Description Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for participating in patient assessments and providing care education and instruction to patients through symptom-based telephone and in-person triage. The RN ensures patients are educated and properly scheduled for care follows protocols for patient treatment and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to meet health service objectives. This position requires adherence to organizational policies procedures and all licensing and accreditation standards while representing the organizations mission in all actions and communications.
This is a part time benefit eligible position working (30hrs/week) onsite at our Westside Health Center - Family Practice. Clinic schedule is typically Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Occasional Saturday mornings and travel to other clinics may be required.

One year of professional clinical nursing experience required. Family practice experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job.
