The Opportunity

Tri-Imaging Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Manager to help drive sales effectiveness revenue growth and marketing execution. This role is primarily focused on Sales Support/Operations (about 70%) with the remaining 30% dedicated to Marketing Support.

This position supports the day-to-day success of the sales team while coordinating deal desk activities improving sales processes and assisting with marketing initiatives. Youll work cross-functionally with Sales Customer Success Finance Operations and Marketing to enhance pipeline visibility support customer solutions improve forecasting accuracy and elevate the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Operations (70%)

  • Support daily sales activities to drive customer growth and new business revenue
  • Manage sales campaigns pipeline reporting and CRM data accuracy
  • Support territory and account planning including capacity modeling
  • Coordinate pricing contracts renewals and RFP responses with Finance Legal and Customer Success
  • Identify process gaps and lead improvements to quoting forecasting and sales workflows

Marketing & Solutions Support (30%)

  • Ensure consistent branding across website collateral and outreach materials
  • Assist with development of sales tools presentations and customer-facing materials
  • Support website updates social media efforts and trade show preparation
  • Help develop new offerings and solutions based on customer feedback and business priorities

Data Tools & Enablement

  • Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health forecasts win rates and margins
  • Develop standardized quoting templates playbooks and proposal tools
  • Support sales forecasting cadence and collaborate with Finance on projections

Knowledge Skills and Abilities youll need for this opportunity:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 years of experience in Sales Operations Sales Support Marketing RevOps or Deal Desk in a B2B environment
  • Experience with CRM systems reporting tools (Power BI or similar) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in healthcare medical device capital equipment or service-based industries preferred
  • Experience supporting pricing contracts RFPs or health system/GPO relationships preferred
  • Marketing program or project management experience preferred
  • Strong financial and commercial analytics skills preferred
