Now Hiring Immediate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Stamping Machine Set-Up Operator to support high-speed reel-to-reel progressive stamping operations in our Painesville facility. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong mechanical ability who can independently set up adjust and run production equipment efficiently and safely.

What Youll Do:

Set up tear down and operate high-speed progressive stamping presses
Make tooling and machine adjustments to maintain part quality
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed
Complete production and setup documentation accurately
Train operators on proper machine use when required
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What Were Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of progressive stamping setup experience
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers calipers comparator)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Basic math skills and ability to document production data
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
