Automotive Dealership Service Department Greeter
Part Time (25 hours per week - days)

Position Summary
The Service Department Greeter is the first point of contact for customers arriving for vehicle service. This role is responsible for welcoming guests directing them to the appropriate service advisor and ensuring a positive professional first impression that reflects the dealerships commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the service drive.
Confirm appointment details and notify the appropriate Service Advisor of the customers arrival.
Assist customers entering and exiting their vehicles when appropriate.
Direct customers to the service waiting area and explain available amenities (Wi-Fi refreshments restrooms etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and waiting area.
Help manage vehicle flow in the service lane to ensure safety and efficiency.
Answer basic customer questions and refer detailed inquiries to the Service Advisor.
Provide rental vehicle or shuttle information when applicable.
Support service staff with light administrative or customer service tasks as needed.
Uphold dealership policies procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record (may be required).
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
