DaVita is hosting a Hiring Event for individuals interested in becoming Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at our Dayton and Kettering clinic. This is a great opportunity to meet the team learn about dialysis care and explore a career in healthcare.

Location: DaVita Dayton North Dialysis Center Dayton Ohio
Date: March 19
Time: 4:00 PM 7:00 PM

Schedule
Full-time schedule
Three 12-hour shifts per week
Shifts may start as early as 5:00 AM

Compensation
Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
Additional $1.00 increase upon completion of training

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe hygienic and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before during and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses dietitians social workers and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma general education development (GED) credential or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood needles and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
• Preferred: CNA MA CHT phlebotomy certification or healthcare experience
