Position description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential home for adults with developmental disabilities. Ensures the welfare of our residents; provides training education support and guidance to the individuals to assist them with daily activities and experience life with dignity and wholeness. Supervises and directs the work of the DirectSupport Professional team.
Full time Day shift - Flexible schedule
Compensation: $23.00/hour - Based on experience
Duties:
- Manages the home in adherence to all Federal State and local guidelines.
- Monitors the safety and health needs of the individuals we serve.
- Interviews orients trains and monitors job performance of the DirectSupport Professionals
- Ensures equitable coverage
- Provides contact with the home through cell phone
- Ensures household groceries and supplies for the home
- Maintains financial records of individuals and stays within budget in all areas

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have management experience
- At least two years DD residential experience
- Valid Ohio Drivers License with good driving record
- 18 years of age or older
