Job Summary
As a Legal ContractsSpecialistyoullplay a critical role in supporting Nasdaqs award-winning legal team by managing commercial contracts that enable our innovative products and services across global markets.
Youll thrive in this position ifyouredetail-oriented collaborative and bring a passion for technology and contract management to a fast-paced high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review redline and negotiate commercial contracts using Nasdaqs contract playbook and approved templates.
Support contract intake for sales-related requests across Nasdaqs US business ensuring complete andaccurateinformation.
Collaborate with sales teams business stakeholders and legal counsel toalign oncontract terms and escalate when needed.
Maintain and update the contract repository system withaccuratetracking reporting and analysis.
Drive continuous improvement of contracting processes templates and training programs for internal teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
35 years of experience managing the full contract lifecycle including drafting negotiation and administration.
Strong ability toidentifycontract risks and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies.
Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative cross-functional environments.
Proficiencyin contract lifecycle management software and intake queuing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or legal training.
Experience in financial services fintech or regulated industries.
Exposure to global teams and cross-border contracting practices.
