Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population.
• Enjoy 36 patient-facing hours a week with time for professional growth.
• Lab and imaging services available nearby for convenience and comprehensive care.
• Empanel patients quickly and become an integral part of the healthcare team.
• Join an after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led environment.
• Lead and contribute to the development of patient care strategies participating in the mission to provide world-class care.
• Work in a dynamic environment that pushes the boundaries of healthcare innovation.
• Help foster a commitment to making healthcare better and more accessible in the region.
• Not open for locum and locum to perm candidates.
• Truly Board Eligible is accepted (must finish residency).
• Cannot accept visa candidates.
• Not accepting Locums candidates.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency) in Family Medicine.
• CO medical license (or willing to obtain).
• Clean malpractice record (highly preferred).
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) required.
• DEA must be obtained prior to start.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain.
