You will respond to alarms and service requests document observations and communicate clearly with tenants guests and site contacts. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and post orders at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points observe CCTV and/or alarm systems as assigned and assist with visitor sign-in badge control and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents alarms and requests for assistance in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with property management and emergency services when appropriate.
• Document patrols incidents and unusual activity in written reports and/or electronic logs and promptly notify supervision of concerns requiring follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
