JOB DESCRIPTION
The Attorney Hiring Assistant plays a key role in shaping the firms future by supporting attorney recruiting across law school summer associate and lateral hiring programs. This is a highly visible handson position for someone who enjoys working with people managing details and contributing to meaningful recruiting initiatives. Beyond core administrative responsibilities the role offers direct involvement in coordinating interviews supporting recruiting and diversity events and partnering on firmwide projects that span multiple offices. Reporting to the Attorney Hiring Manager and Director of Attorney Hiring this position is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to legal recruiting while making a real impact on the candidate experience.
