Job Summary
The Supplier Compliance Specialist supports Fresh Marks food safety supplier compliance and auditing programs to ensure all materials vendors and internal processes meet regulatory and customer standards. This role works cross-functionally to maintain audit readiness strengthen food safety training verify supplier performance and support documentation management within our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit support and compliance readiness.
- Training and Food Safety Culture Development
- Supplier compliance management
- Compliance; Reporting and documentation
- Preparation and delivery of compliance reports
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience in food safety quality or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with BRC/GFSI audits CAPA or supplier compliance.
- Comfort learning and implementing new software
- Knowledge of Trace Gains or similar systems.
