Senior Implementation Analyst (Configuration)

You will be supporting Project Managers and Implementation Consultants through the efficient delivery of project tasks and mentoring and coaching Implementation Analysts.

What youll be doing:

• Analyse Calculation requirements

• Undertake system configuration data analysis and testing

• Upload and download system data

• Participate in client meetings and project status calls

• Liaise with clients third parties and Capita departments

• Support the technical development of our technology platforms through participation in new and/or enhanced developments

• Provide support to the line manager in the effective management of any staff under their direct control

• Support the production of requirements documentation

• Facilitate internal and external system training when required

What were looking for:

• End to end experience of the project lifecycle - able to describe the key elements of projects including initiation governance control and closure and can provide examples of active participation in all of these stages

• Can draft an automated excel calculator with basic formula

• Can manipulate data with good data accuracy able to explain:

  • pension member records and their set up

  • the relationships between members Trustees schemes actuaries funds and investments

  • different types of Pension Schemes

  • different types of member status and applicable calculations for each

• Able to draft and interpret calculation proformas in order to draft scenario matrices to incorporate all relevant scenarios

• Able to draft and check test plan to detail all expected results and system updates
