Job Summary
About the role
As a Financial (Data) Analyst at TWAICE you will strengthen the companys financial decision engine by translating product commercial and operating signals into forecasts KPI dashboards and investor-ready narratives. Your work will connect SaaS revenue mechanics with planning spend governance and budget visibility so leaders can allocate resources confidently as the business continues to scale.
The role is designed to mirror TWAICEs product philosophy: create a single source of truth for decisions through consistent metrics dashboards and reporting cadence.
Your daily business will involve
- ControllingandFP&A activities includingfinancialstatements budgets forecasting businesscasesand audit
- Managingorder processing invoicing and revenue recognitionensuringdata integrity across the Accounts Receivable lifecycle
- Transforming financial and operational data into clear monthly reporting management KPIs and investor-ready insights
- Deliveringadhocanalysis forstrategic initiatives & growth projectse.g.optimizingproject customer & product profitability
- Championing business intelligence to enable data-driven decisions across the company
- Manage shareholder and investor relationships
- Support fundraising activities
- HR & Payroll
- Process optimizationand tool improvements
Your profile
- Relevant work experience (full-time orvia internships) in Finance Investment Banking/ConsultingorBusiness Intelligence
- Degree with strong quantitativecomponentor formal Finance qualification
- Strong foundationin spreadsheetswithfocus on repeatability & simplicity
- Better is better; progress over perfection execution over excuses
- Excellent English communication skills ( German is advantageous)
- Experience withDATEV QuickBooksHubspotorSpendeskisideal
- Meet in our Munich HQ once per week
