Your opportunity

The Senior Sales Coordinator serves a dual function within the Direct & Independent agency sales team combining the responsibilities of campaign coordination and client service with a strategic contribution to revenue generation. This role ensures the efficient execution of sales campaigns and delivers a high standard of client support while also actively supporting the team in achieving sales targets through the identification of new business opportunities and proactive sales enablement.

Reporting to the Group Manager the Senior Sales Coordinator will be required to.

Drive growth through the acquisition of new clients and opportunities.

  • Identify and build relationships with prospective clients and independent agencies to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts agency partners and retail teams to uncover and support commercial opportunities.
  • Assist sales representatives by helping to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Maintain a balance between strategic sales support and core coordinator responsibilities.

  • Engage in regular prospecting and client outreach to identify incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings by sharing insights challenging existing practices and supporting innovation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all booking and campaign documentation to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Cultivate strong long-term relationships with key clients to support retention and account growth.

Deliver client-first data-driven solutions that align with business and customer goals.

    • Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
    • Develop proactive opportunities to support sales team in generating additional demand.
    • Expand knowledge of customer behaviour audience segmentation and Westfield Centre positioning to better tailor solutions
    • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide relevant customised solutions.
    • Incorporate feedback into product or service offerings to strengthen the value proposition.
    • Prepare high quality responses insights and content for client proposals within specified timelines.

Assist the team in exceeding revenue targets through both retention and new business development.

    • Using the BOM capabilities with the team to identify untapped revenue potential in unison with the sales executives
    • Proactively support sales initiatives that drive growth across both new and existing clients.
    • Re-engage and support the service of lapsed spending clients
    • Deliver high levels of client service and creative thinking to maintain and grow customer investment solve challenges and secure repeat business.
