Job Summary

KAIĀWHINA

Casual Pool Overnight Weekends & cover for Weekdays

Be a steady presence in our whare creating a safe positive environment for tangata to thrive.

Youll:

Model positive behaviour
Support daily whare routines
Uphold kawa & facilitate whakatau
Respond to incidents professionally
Stay onsite (10pm6am sleepover shift)

Youll bring:

Empathy & nonjudgmental approach
Experience working with atrisk individuals
Life experience & maturity
Level 4 qualification or willingness to study

Hours: varied depending on the cover required but generally evenings (sleep shifts)
