If you are a passionate individual with a strong background in Comprehensive Pilates for the general public and/or special populations we invite you to join our team as a Reformer this role you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower clients through the practice of Pilates helping them achieve their fitness goals while promoting overall well-being. We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment where you can grow both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Reformer Pilates classes for groups (up to 4)
- Providing personalized instruction and guidance to clients
- Demonstrating proper form technique safety and confidence for Pilates exercises
- Creating and implementing effective workout plans based on clients goals and fitness levels
- Monitoring and tracking clients progress and making necessary adjustments to their programs
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants
- Educating clients on the benefits of Pilates and promoting its integration into their overall fitness routine
Job Type: Part-time - Early morning required
Skills:
- Reformer Pilates certification (Stott Balance Body BASI certified or similar)
-Punctual and Reliable
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology particularly as it relates to exercise and movement
- Familiarity with breath principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients in a welcoming environment
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and physical limitations
- Ability to promote Pilates classes and services
